1. General Policy

The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all vehicle rentals made through Billionaire Boys Supercar Rental (“The Company”). By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions herein.

2. Vehicle Condition

• The vehicle will be delivered in clean, fully operational condition without visible defects or damages.
• Any existing issues at the time of delivery will be documented in writing or via photographs and acknowledged by the renter.
• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was delivered, at the agreed location and time.
• The Company reserves the right to retrieve the vehicle at the renter’s expense, without prior notice, if it is used in violation of this Agreement.

3. Use of the Vehicle

The renter agrees to:

• Periodically inspect and maintain basic vehicle functions including oil, water, fire extinguisher, and tire pressure.
• Immediately report any dashboard alerts or warning signs to The Company.
• Accept full responsibility for damages resulting from negligence or misuse, including administrative charges for failure to report issues promptly.

The vehicle may only be driven by:

• Individuals aged 21 or older.
• Drivers holding a valid UAE, GCC, international, or authorized country license for more than one year.

Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Off-road driving, racing, drifting, towing, or rally participation.
• Transportation of illegal substances, goods, or passengers for hire.
• Subleasing or lending the vehicle to an unauthorized third party.

4. Insurance & Liability

Insurance will not apply under the following conditions:

• If the vehicle is subleased or handed over to another party without written consent from The Company.
• If the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• If the vehicle is operated by a person not listed on the rental agreement.

In these cases, the renter assumes full liability for:

• All damages to the vehicle.
• Third-party claims and passenger injuries.
• Total rental cost during the repair period.
• Legal fines and administrative expenses.

5. Traffic Rules and Penalties

• The renter must obey all UAE traffic laws.
• All traffic fines, Salik (toll) charges, and parking violations incurred during the rental period are the sole responsibility of the renter, along with additional administrative processing fees.

6. Cross-Border Use

• Vehicles may not be taken outside the borders of the United Arab Emirates.
• If the renter requires special permission to transport the vehicle to an island or via water transport, a written request must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
• Approval is subject to The Company’s discretion and may incur additional insurance and service fees.

7. Return Policy

• Vehicles must be returned on time, to the agreed-upon location, and in original condition.
• Late returns may be charged on an hourly basis or a full additional rental day.
• The Company reserves the right to charge cleaning or restoration fees if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty or damaged.

8. Agreement Termination

The Company reserves the right to cancel this agreement and retrieve the vehicle at any time if:

• There is misuse of the vehicle.
• The renter breaches any terms listed above.
• False information is provided during the booking process.

By renting a vehicle from Billionaire Boys Supercar Rental, you agree to abide by all the terms above. Violations may result in legal action, penalties, and additional charges.
